Ponzu sauce is soy sauce mixed with citrus juice and used for many purposes. Naturally brewed in Sugi barrel, prepared with soy sauce and Mikawa mirin. A flavorful seasoned ponzu vinegar made by adding natural yuzu juice to brewed vinegar.
● Winter: For Mizutaki (chicken hot pot), Tofu, Teppanyaki, Gyoza!
● Summer: For tempura, grilled meat, thinly cut meat or with vinegared foods!
