YAMATO GOSHIN YUZUSHU Yuzu Liqueur
Carefully-selected sake brewing rice using the clear water of Mt Kongo, brewed with excellent craftsmanship Founded in 1924 in Gojo City at the foot of Mt Kongo, the brewery uses water from the Kongo mountain range and its own wells to produce mellow sake in small batches with meticulous craftsmanship. It utilises the traditional Tajima technique.
This yuzushu is made using Tosa Yuzu, a type of yuzu produced in Kochi Prefecture, the largest producer of yuzu in Japan. The fruit is grown without the use of chemical fertilisers and with a local producer. It uses fruit sugar as sweetener, preserving the original taste and aroma of the citrus fruit. It can also be enjoyed with soda or on the rocks.
