MABOROSHI NO TAKI YUZU SPARKLING SHUSHU Yuzu Sparkling

This liqueur has a beautiful yuzu colour, refreshing bubbles and a strong yuzu aroma. The brewery hopes, through its sparkling sake, to spread the joy of Japanese sake to more people.

Ikuji is a small town in Kurobe City facing Toyama Bay with mountains over 3000 metres high. It is one of the most famous water towns in Japan, abundant with delicious natural water. It was here that Mikunihare Shuzo was founded in 1882. Since its establishment more than 100 years ago, it has continued to brew sake using water from the melting snow of the Northern Alps.
