From the only organic Kabosu farm in Japan that has recieveed the organic JAS mark(*). The Kabosu we supply is ripe and yellow in clolor, and so please note that only yellow-green or yellow Kabosu is available. There is no problem with the quality due to the change in color, however the taste would be mellow.

(October〜November)The fruits turn yesllow, and the acidity becomes mellow.
【How to use】
Please enjoy it by directly pouring it on fried food or grilled fish. It is also ideal for seasoning dishes and is good with hot pot.
You can also enjoy it by adding it to Shochu or highball.
